Kaktus Project

This pair of high-rise residential towers with spiky facades link to a new IKEA and hotel in Copenhagen’s Vesterbro district, as part of a green roof corridor. The area sits adjacent to Kalvebod Brygge, close to the railway station that passes through the heart of the city of Copenhagen. It is set to open in 2019, and I joined this project for two months prior to our major submission for construction. I was able to contribute to my design ideas and built the 3D landscape model. From this model, I created renderings that were used for further analysis and visual communication with the clients.
